We share your personal information among these companies in order to provide, and keep you informed about our products and services, to handle any complaints or queries, and to give you the best customer service we possibly can. However, we never lose sight of the fact that it is your personal information and we will only send you marketing material if you have agreed that we can do so.

Information provided by other people on your behalf If someone books an appointment on your behalf we’ll ask them for basic details about you, which may include health details such as whether you have a family history of diabetes or Chemotherapy Treatment. This is to ensure we book you in for the right type and length of appointment. We’ll check with you when you come to your appointment to make sure the information we’ve been given is accurate. If you’re booking an appointment or registering for a service for someone else, please make sure they’re happy for you to provide their personal information on their behalf and that they understand why the information is needed

Some help us run our business efficiently and effectively. Yes, we do this because it makes things more efficient both for you and for Extraordinary Kurves . You can opt out but doing so will limit the services you’re able to use in the future with Extraordinary Kurves. (NB, when placing orders your personal details are kept on file for purposes of invoice processing, delivery tracking and to be able to contact you should we need to)

We hold your personal information for as long as we have a legal or business reason to do so, which generally means as long as you remain a customer or as required to meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. We may share your personal information with a practitioner that is local to you to ensure that we meet your expectations when enquiring about a treatment with your consent.
We may need to discuss with your Doctor / Local medical services that we have provided a treatment service that you haven’t responded well too. This is to seek medical assistance.
We will always ask you if you want to receive offers and information from us and via what channels you are happy to receive them. To make it easy for you, when you register with us at Extraordinary Kurves, you will be asked to subscribe to our mailing contact list through email.
If you have opted into to receive email and digital communications, you will receive traditional emails but may also receive marketing online and via social media platforms.

Securing your payment details online

All credit/debit card payments are securely handled by an industry-leading payment processor and are never stored on the Extraordinary Kurves website

Comments policy

We understand that everyone has their right of ‘Freedom of Speech’ however with that being said if a comment is made on any platform we may use that is deemed distasteful or offensive we reserve the right to delete those comments.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope that you enjoy using and love our Products, but if you would like to return any of the items you’ve purchased we will happily offer a refund. This is on the basis that the products are returned new, unopened and in a resalable condition. The refund window is a 14 days in the USA and 28 days anywhere outside the USA, any requests for a refund must be presented with an invoice or receipt.
This excludes the following:
· Items personalised for you, such as branded marketing items
· Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered)
· Corrective Bandages
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging (Unless Damaged).

Return by post
You can also easily return all or part of your order by post for free, just follow these instructions:
· Print your Free returns label by visiting your Order History in "My Account" when logged in
· Please detail the product, quantity returning and the reasons why as detailed in the return section.
· Detach the Return Summary and the Freepost Returns Label from the Parcel Summary.
· Place the Return Summary along with the items you are returning inside the parcel.
· Attach the Freepost Returns Label to the outside of the parcel by removing the adhesive backing.
· Take the parcel to your local Post Office.
When you use our Freepost Returns Label, postage is free from USA for parcels under 5kg in weight and 61cm x 46cm x 46cm in size. Any parcels that exceed the weight and size will be charged at standard charges.
Make sure that you get a proof of postage receipt from the post office.

We will send you an e-mail to notify you when the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of this email for this credit to appear on your account.
Refund for Customers outside the USA
If you want to return any of your order, please contact our Customer Team, Our team will then send you a Returns form to complete and give you instructions on how to return any products and where to send them to.
All items returned must be unused and in their original packaging.
Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Items ship via USPS Flat rate shipping priority mail, additional shipping fees may apply. Email required for tracking information.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
In some rare cases where we have had a high volume of orders some liquid lipo items may need to be ordered from the UK where the product is manufactured, in such cases you will be contacted as you may need to allow an additional 7 days for delivery,

Delivery delays can occasionally occur which are outside of our control and are due to issues with the postal service.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Extraordinary Kurves is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
